Our Story

A family recipe box that crossed two continents.

Marisol Patisserie carries a pastry tradition that started in a small European kitchen in the 1940s and grew, generation by generation, into something new once it landed in South Florida. Old-world technique, fused with Latin flavor and color.

Every cake, tart, and pastry case here still starts from that original family recipe box, adapted and added to over the decades but never replaced. The goal has always been the same: European craft, made to feel like home.
