Storefront Digital is operated by mSquare Data, LLC ("Storefront Digital," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through storefrontdigital.agency, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Contact and preview-request information. When you fill out our contact form or ask for a preview, we collect your name, email, business name, and message so we can respond and, where relevant, build your prototype.
• Payment information. Build fees and retainer payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; Stripe handles that data under its own privacy and security practices.
• Preview access. Prospect preview pages remember, in your own browser only, that you've viewed a specific preview link so you don't have to re-enter it. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us or used for tracking.
• Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 on our marketing pages (home, portfolio gallery, and legal pages) to understand aggregate traffic, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and referring sites. Google may set cookies or use similar technologies to collect this data. Portfolio demo and prospect preview pages do not load this analytics script. How we use this information

We use the information above to respond to inquiries, build and deliver websites, process payments, understand how visitors use our marketing site, and provide the monthly retainer service where applicable. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or share it with third parties except the service providers named in this policy, strictly so they can perform the function we use them for (email delivery via Resend, payment processing via Stripe, hosting via Vercel, site analytics via Google Analytics).

Data retention

We keep inquiry, project, and payment records as long as needed to deliver our services, maintain business records, and meet any legal or tax obligations, after which we delete or anonymize it.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing contact@storefrontdigital.agency.

Children's privacy

Our site and services are directed at businesses and are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
