Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of storefrontdigital.agency and any website build or ongoing plan with Storefront Digital, a brand operated by mSquare Data, LLC ("Storefront Digital," "we," "us"). By using this site or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.

Our services

We build custom marketing websites for local businesses at one flat price: The Build ($495, however many pages your business needs). A genuine custom feature (like online booking or a real photo gallery) is quoted separately once scoped, not included in the flat price.

After launch, you choose one ongoing plan: Handover ($0/month), where we hand you the files and you host it yourself, no ongoing relationship; Core ($59/month), which keeps your site online with same-day text/photo/hours edits and a direct line for questions; or Full Care ($149/month), everything in Core plus Lite SEO, we set up or claim your Google Business Profile and keep it current, post to it monthly, check in quarterly, and make one small site improvement a month.

Deeper SEO work, keyword strategy, content, or a technical SEO audit, is available as a separately quoted add-on. It is never bundled into Full Care.

Payment

The Build is billed in full upfront, before work begins, through the payment link or invoice provided at signup. Ongoing plans are billed monthly (or annually, at a discount) starting once your site is live. All payments are processed securely through Stripe; we don't store your card details ourselves.

Delivery and third-party platforms

Websites are delivered as described at the time of purchase. We aren't responsible for outages or changes caused by third-party platforms, domains, or edits made by others after handoff.

Ownership

Once The Build is paid in full, you own the final website delivered to you. If we register a domain on your behalf, it's registered in your name and you retain ownership; we simply handle the setup. If you're on Full Care, your Google Business Profile remains yours, we're granted manager access to maintain it, not ownership of the listing. We may showcase completed work in our own portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Cancellations and refunds

The Build is non-refundable once payment has been made and work has begun. Ongoing plans (Core, Full Care) can be canceled anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period, no minimum commitment.

Limitation of liability

We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care, but we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or this site, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
